The Leather Arc — Our Story

Est. across two continents. Built on one bond.

Where It All Began

Some businesses are born in boardrooms. Ours was born in a phone call between cousins.

Razi, based in the United States, had always had an eye for quality leather — the kind that feels like it was made for you, not mass-produced for the masses. Saad, back home in Pakistan, had grown up surrounded by some of the finest leather craftsmen in the world, watching artisans cut, stitch, and finish jackets with a patience and precision that simply can’t be rushed.

For years, the two cousins talked about it — the gap between what was available on the market and what could exist if the right hands made it. Too many brands were cutting corners. Too many jackets were made to be disposable.

One day, they decided to stop talking and start building.

Two Worlds. One Arc.

The Leather Arc was founded on a simple idea: bring together the best of both worlds.

From Pakistan — centuries of leather craftsmanship, master artisans who treat every jacket as a personal statement, and access to some of the richest, most supple hides available anywhere on earth.

From the United States — a sharp understanding of modern style, fit, and what today’s wearer actually wants when they pull on a jacket and walk out the door.

Razi handles the design direction and works closely with customers in the US, understanding trends, collecting feedback, and making sure every jacket feels current without ever feeling cheap. Saad oversees production in Pakistan, working hand-in-hand with skilled craftsmen who take enormous pride in their work — because to them, a leather jacket isn’t just a product. It’s a reputation.

The arc in our name is deliberate. An arc connects two points. It’s the bridge between Razi’s world and Saad’s world, between East and West, between raw material and finished masterpiece.

What We Believe

We believe a great leather jacket is one of the few things you can buy that genuinely gets better with time. It breaks in to your body. It carries your stories. It outlasts trends.

We believe craftsmanship shouldn’t be a luxury reserved for those who can afford a famous logo. It should be the standard.

And we believe that when family puts their name on something, they mean it.

The Craft

Every jacket that leaves our workshop in Pakistan has been cut, stitched, and finished by hand. No shortcuts. No assembly lines. Our craftsmen have spent years — many of them decades — perfecting their trade. When Saad walks through the workshop, he isn’t inspecting products. He’s checking in on people who care just as much about the outcome as he does.

The leather we use is selected with obsessive care. The hardware is chosen to last. The stitching is done to hold. These aren’t details we got right by accident — they’re the result of two cousins who refused to compromise.

Family First, Always

The Leather Arc is a family business in the truest sense. Razi and Saad didn’t hire each other — they chose each other, the way cousins do when they share a vision and decide the world needs to see it.

That family spirit runs through everything we do. When you buy from us, you’re not a transaction. You’re someone we want to hear from, someone we want to come back, someone we want to be proud of what they’re wearing.

We’re two cousins building something real, from opposite sides of the world, one jacket at a time.
